OUR CHRISTMAS

Ok finally up to Christmas!

Our Christmas was wonderful.  My brother, Brian, came home a couple days before Christmas and we've been spending lots of wonderful time with him, playing board games, video games, and just chatting it up.  So very nice to have him home.

Christmas morning was so wonderful.  The kids woke us up at 6.  (thanks a lot for that!  LOL) and everyone ran down the stairs (sans babies) to see what Santa brought them.  Soon paper was flying, kids were smiling (and crying in Britt's case - tears of joy) and cameras were flashing and recording.  Santa was very good to the kids again this year!

The babies woke up a few hours later and just tore into their gifts (after learning what to do with presents the night before).  Once Kalia opened up her twin babydolls and stroller, she was set!  She kept screaming "Ope it, Ope it!!".  Sofiya then opened up her stroller and they pushed their babies around in the strollers for the rest of the day!

Grandma, Pappy, Great Grandma, Uncle Brian and Uncle Johnny arrived late morning and with them came lots more presents!  The babies were so thrilled to see the 2 GIANT presents were for them (little tykes and step 2 cars) and proceeded to drive around in their cars (with babies in tow) the rest of the day!

The older kids really made out too with video games, a new Xbox 360, PSP, Nintendo DS, Star Wars toys, clothes, clothes, clothes (for Britt) and much much more.  I have no idea why family needs to spoil them so... but they LOVE it!

We had a big ham for dinner, followed by pies and cookies.  YUM!

A few pictures of our day.

OMG Britt's reaction to opening her gift is PRICELESS. I'm so glad you captured that moment.

Gorgeous photos honey. The kids all look so happy. Wish I could see a pic of you with a smile on your face too :)
